My Therapeutic Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all

No two people arrive in therapy with the same story.

Your history, experiences, relationships, beliefs, strengths, and goals all matter. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and flexible, drawing from different therapeutic approaches according to your needs.

Clinical & Specialized Training

My clinical practice is supported by extensive professional education and specialized training in trauma, PTSD, psychological first aid, EMDR, ADHD, neurodiversity, youth mental health, anxiety, OCD-spectrum concerns, self-regulation, and psychospiritual approaches.

My specialized training includes:

Evidence-Informed Therapeutic Approaches

My clinical practice draws from evidence-informed therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs and goals.

I do not believe therapy should be about applying one technique to everyone. Instead, I draw from my clinical training and therapeutic approaches to determine what may be most appropriate for you, your circumstances, and your goals.

A Jung-Inspired & Psychospiritual Lens

Alongside my clinical practice, I am inspired by Jungian philosophy and its exploration of the inner world, personal meaning, self-awareness, the unconscious, and the journey toward becoming more fully ourselves.

I believe psychological experiences can be understood through an interconnected lens of:

Mind. Body. Soul.

My additional training in Pure Healing Energy has also informed my personal interest in energy, spirituality, and holistic approaches to well-being.

When meaningful and appropriate for you, therapy can also make room for questions of meaning, purpose, values, identity, spirituality, and inner connection.

Shadow Work & Deeper Pattern Exploration

A Jung-inspired perspective can invite us to explore the parts of ourselves that we may have pushed away, hidden, or learned not to acknowledge.

Through shadow work and deeper exploration of psychological patterns, we can become curious about recurring emotional reactions, relationship patterns, beliefs, fears, and behaviours that may have roots in earlier experiences or unresolved emotional wounds.

The goal is not to judge or eliminate these parts of ourselves, but to understand them, integrate what we discover, and develop a more conscious relationship with ourselves.

This spiritual and Jung-inspired lens does not replace clinical psychotherapy. It adds another dimension to understanding the whole person.

Your Therapy, Your Goals

Therapy is a collaborative process. We begin with where you are, identify what matters to you, and determine which approaches may be most helpful. As your needs change, your therapy can change with you. The goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to support greater self-understanding, emotional awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. There is no single path to healing.

Your path is yours.
