Areas of Support
You don’t have to navigate it alone
Life does not always unfold in the ways we expect. Sometimes emotional pain develops gradually; sometimes a sudden or unexpected experience changes everything.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), depression, anxiety, and a range of emotional and psychological concerns, supported by more than 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma can affect the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. You may experience intrusive memories, nightmares, avoidance, hypervigilance, emotional distress, or difficulty feeling safe. Therapy can provide a supportive space to process difficult experiences, understand their impact, develop coping strategies, and work toward a greater sense of safety and control.

Depression & Major Depressive Disorder
Depression is more than sadness. It can affect motivation, energy, sleep, concentration, relationships, self-worth, and the ability to experience pleasure or hope. I work with individuals experiencing Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) as well as different presentations of depression and persistent low mood. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your experience and develop strategies to support meaningful change.

Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm
When your mind won’t quiet down, it can become difficult to feel present and at ease. Constant worry, overthinking, fear, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm can begin affecting everyday life. Therapy can help you understand the patterns behind anxiety and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions.

Life transitions, loss & difficult experiences
Life can change suddenly. A loss, major transition, family circumstance, or unexpected experience can leave you questioning what comes next. Therapy can provide a space to process change, make sense of difficult emotions, and begin finding a new sense of direction.

Self-esteem & self-worth
The way we see ourselves can influence almost every area of our lives. If self-criticism, self-doubt, comparison, guilt, shame, or feelings of not being “enough” have become part of your inner dialogue, therapy can help you explore where these beliefs came from and develop a more compassionate and balanced understanding of yourself.

Personal growth & self-understanding
Not everyone comes to therapy because of a specific diagnosis. Sometimes you simply feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure about what comes next. You may want to understand yourself more deeply, break old patterns, explore your identity or purpose, or create a life that feels more aligned with who you are. Therapy can provide space for reflection, self-discovery, and meaningful personal growth.
Other Concerns
I work with trauma, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth, among other concerns.
Don’t see what you’re experiencing listed here? Please reach out and tell me about it. Therapy has many avenues, and no list can capture every experience, struggle, or reason someone may seek support.
You are more than a diagnosis
Your experiences are part of your story, but they do not have to define the rest of it.
